NAHL Investors Cup Playdown Tournament March 7-10, 2019 
Hosted by Strathcona Minor Hockey Association @ Ardrossan Recreation Complex & Strathcona Olympiette Centre
CanAccom Division Regional Tournament

ANDERSON HOCKEY, BESA HOCKEY, CANACCOM, BOUCHIER DIVISIONS 

LEAGUE TOURNAMENT RULES: 

1- All games in the round robin will remain as TIED games (No overtime). 

2- Round Robin Play, home team is indicated by being on the right hand side of the schedule. 

3- Home Team will supply Game Sheets and Incidents reports. Make sure there are at least 2 incident reports with every game sheet. Every team must bring their game and incident books to this tourney for extras. Please use game numbers. 

4- Each Team “MUST” supply 1 person to man the penalty box doors. 

5- Home teams will send a scanned copy (Scan App) of the game sheet into Doug Petruk immediately following game completion. They will also enter the score in and complete the web game sheet as per League protocol. 

6- PLAY-OFFS: Hockey Canada Official Overtime, Rule #10.16 Tied Game. 

7- PLAY-OFFS: Home Team is determined by the team that is the higher seeded team in the round robin. 

8- Host Committee, will pay and assign Officials, Ice times and Scorekeepers/Timekeepers. They will also supply programs, warm up and game pucks. 

The procedure for determining standings in the event teams are tied during the League Divisional Tournament. 

1- If teams are tied, the teams will be ranked with the team with the most wins will finish higher. 

2- If teams are still tied, the team with the best win/loss/tie record in games played against each other will finish higher. 

3- If still tied after 1 and 2, then the team with the best goal differential in games played between the tied teams will finish higher, then fewest goals against, then most goals for, then fewest penalty minutes, all in games between the tied teams. 

4- If still tied after 1, 2, and 3, then the team with the best goal differential in total tournament play will finish higher. (Ex. team has 25 goals for and 12 goals against, their differential would be +13). 

5- Final tiebreaker is a coin toss.
